Does your camper dream of being a scientist, inventor, or baker? The YMCA partners with local professionals to offer a variety of exciting programs that let kids try on every hat!
Y counselors work alongside local leaders in skilled activities to bring a wide variety of camp options right to your neighborhood.

Young chefs will have a blast learning basic kitchen skills, cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and important nutrition facts. Learn a lifelong skill and have a good time while creating and tasting delicious foods. |

Art Week with Studio2You |
Enjoy the hands on experience of sculpting and creating unique clay pieces as you learn trade techniques and use a variety of potter tools. In addition to using clay, you will also learn about glass variety for kiln use. A custom designed mosaic will be made by each student to be taken home at the end of the week. |

TechVentures Minecraft | Build a computer with Minecraft, code a robot, Is your child a fan of Minecraft, building and creating things, in the real or virtual world? In this TechVenture Build & Code camp, girls and boys are introduced to the thrilling world of engineering with the challenge of writing code. To learn more about how and why computers work, we've chosen Piper computer kits. Campers assemble electronics to a Raspberry Pi to solve puzzles and challenges within a Minecraft adventure game. Campers continue hands-on learning with Edison robots, building and coding their robots to solve challenges. Daily snack breaks and unplugged activities keeping minds and bodies engaged. We provide all equipment. |

TechVentures Coding |
Does your child enjoy creating stories and games? In Techventure's Game & Robots code camp, girls and boys learn computer programming with MIT's Scratch and Wonder Robots. They gain confidence, learning to design and program computer games & work with partners to solve robot programming challenges. Kids gain confidence in their understanding of computer science through game design and play, exercising reasoning, math, problem-solving skills. Daily snack and play breaks with unplugged activities keep minds and bodies engaged. We provide all equipment. |
August 19 - 23 | LEAP 4 Kidz LEGO Star Wars | Explore the Star Wars LEGO Universe with a variety of model builds ranging from 1 hour to 3 days to complete. Kids will work together to build and save the republic. Over 50 different models ranging from 50-4000 pieces. Models include Death Star, Millennium Falcon, AT-AT and more from all movies and TV! |
