Does your camper dream of being a scientist, inventor, or baker? The YMCA partners with local professionals to offer a variety of exciting programs that let kids try on every hat!

Y counselors work alongside local leaders in skilled activities to bring a wide variety of camp options right to your neighborhood.

Half-day camps:
Weekly Fee: $230 FM  - $270 CM 
Week of June 26-28: $140 FM - $180 CM

Photography & Coding STEAM Camp with TechVenture3 - 6 
9:00 am - 12:00 pm Do your kids love art and animations? TechVenture's Photography & Coding STEAM Camp provides an exciting mix of arts and computer science. Girls and boys learn to take great photos and use them to tell a story in their own coded animations. This project-based camp features outdoor excursions, collaborative photo shoots, and hands-on coding in MIT's Scratch platform. We provide all equipment. However, it is recommended that campers bring an SD card or thumb drive to save their work.

Drawing Camp-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmExpress yourself through drawing as you create pieces that inspire. When you're not sketching, you'll be learning about famous artists and our local art scene.
July 8 - 12Archery Camp with Next Step Archery-FULL3 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmDiscover the exciting world of archery through a week of FUNdamentals. From beginner to expert, you'll be challenged through daily archery activities. USA Archery certified staff help foster campers' enjoyment and skill of the sport.

July 15 - 19Minecraft Mods & Bots Camp with TechVenture
3 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmLove to play Minecraft? At TechVenture's Minecraft Modding summer camp, kids level-up, learning how to take Minecraft to the next level, controlling the rules of Minecraft by making their own mods using a Scratch-like block language. Along the way they learn the fundamentals of computer science and exercise problem-solving skills. Unplugged activities keeping minds and bodies engaged. We provide all equipment. For this camp we recommend that campers have a Minecraft.net account for PC for the full Minecraft experience.
July 22 - 26STEM (Science, Technology, Enginerring, Math) Camp 1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmOur STEM instructors will help make Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fun and real for children. Enrichment modules are delivered via Project Based Learning thereby encouraging the 4C's i.e. Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and Creativity in young minds.
July 29 - August 2Magic Camp with Sterling Dietz1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmBe prepared to make things appear, vanish, switch places and levitate! Every day, your magician will learn at least five new and exciting magic tricks that will blow friends and family members away!
August 5 - 9Dance Camp1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmGet your funk on! Campers will learn the latest dance moves in a fun and creative environment while staying active and making new friends. Get ready to wow friends and family with your new moves!
August 12 - 16Drama Camp1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmCampers with creativity and imagination who want to try acting will love Drama Camp! Campers will spend time each day practicing character development and improvisation.
August 19 - 23Art Sampler Camp1 - 69:00 am - 12:00 pmExplore new types of art to focus on each day - painting, drawing, photography, landscape design and more! Learn about basic art skills and famous artists throughout history.
August 26 - 30 Do It Yourself (DIY) Camp 1 - 6 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Campers will have fun creating and completing their own projects using unique materials from around the house and found in nature.

Jr. Chef Cooking Camp-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmYoung chefs will have a blast learning basic kitchen skills, age-appropriate cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and important nutrition facts. Learn a lifelong skill, have a good time and get messy while creating and tasting delicious foods and treats.

Laser Tag & Paintball Camp-FULL 4 - 6 9:00 am - 4:00 pm This camp combines the best of both worlds, paintball and laser tag! Whether you are a seasoned vet or new to either, you are going to have a blast! Campers will learn shooting techniques, breakouts, bunker movements, game communication, how to develop game strategy, and much more.

July 8 - 12Robotics & Game Creation Camp with RobotU-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmCalling all future robotic engineers! Use your imagination to build amazing creations with LEGO robotics while learning about science, technology, engineering, and math. Get your game on! In this exciting design and programming camp, you'll create games on the PC and Xbox via a simple visual programming language. Campers will learn creativity, problem solving, storytelling and programming.
July 15 - 19Outdoor Adventure Camp-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmCalling all explorers! Spend the week hiking, climbing and exploring through the forest, seeing wildlife and navigating creeks.

July 22 - 26Parkour Camp with MoveFree Academy-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmParkour is a physical activity that combines the art of play and the science of movement. MoveFree Academy will train your child to control their body through fun, physical and mental challenges the way it was meant to be used. Play games, learn new skills, progress strength and dominate obstacle courses while optimizing your ninja potential!

Prepare to get wet with this week long adventure! Campers get on-water experiences learning about boating etiquette with fun watersports such as wakeboarding, skiing, tubing and more.

August 19 - 23Extreme Adventure Camp-FULL4 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmTake on a daily extreme challenge each day! Possibilities include go-kart racing, paint balling, rock climbing and water sports. This camp will be filled with endless fun all week long!

August 26 - 30Jr. Chef Baking Camp-FULL1 - 69:00 am - 4:00 pmYoung chefs will have a blast learning basic kitchen skills, age-appropriate cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and important nutrition facts.
