Grades 7 - 9

Go full speed with a mixture of outdoor adventures and exciting local trips for a great summer with the Y! Each week offers challenging activities that combine fun with leadership and teamwork skills. Y staff lead teens as they explore locally and enjoy trips throughout the greater Seattle area.


Weekly Fee:
$250 FM  - $285 CM  per week (Wrap Around Camp included if needed)

Week of July 2-6:      $200 FM - $230 CM per week (Closed July 4)
Week of Aug. 27-31: $200 FM - $230 CM (Closed August 31)

June 25 - 29 Artful Antics

Get a taste of the Seattle art scene by exploring local art spots, playing with different mediums and developing your artistic style.

 Field Trips: Seattle Art Museum, MOPOP, KEXP Visit and Laser show, NAAM

July 2 - 6

Find Your Foodie

Explore the countless food options that surround you! From unique shops and eateries to creating your own concoctions, everyone can find their inner foodie.

 Field Trips: Theo Chocolate Tour, Beechers tour and pike place, golden gardens

July 9 - 13 Tour the Emerald City

Whether your family is new to Seattle or has lived here their whole lives, you'll have fun exploring Seattle's most famous tourist attractions and hotspots.

 Field Trip: Coleman Pool, Pike place, seattle underground tour, monorail to space needle, ballard seafood fest

July 16 - July 20 Ultimate Team Challenge

Adventure awaits as you and fellow campers solve challenges and compete to be the ultimate winners.

 Field Trip: west seattle bowl, century link tour, ropes challenge course, bite of seattle

July 23 - 27 Summer Splash    

At the end of the day, the best weeks of summer are those spent by the water! Enjoy local beaches, water sports and more as you stay cool in the warm sun.

 Field Trip: Greenlake, Mariners Game, Seward Park, Madrona Beach

July 30 - August 3
Rocks & Ropes
Challenge yourself by spending time at local climbing walls, learning about gear, technique and the importance of teamwork. 

 Field Trip: Northshore climbing wall, seattle bouldering project, high trek, matthews beach

August 6 - 10
Mountains to Sound
Explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest from the peaks of the Cascades to the waters of the Puget Sound through hiking, swimming and more.

 Field Trip: NW Trek, Discovery Park, Twin Falls Hike, Fanklin Falls Hike
August 13 - 17
Water Wipeout
Explore natural and man-made water creations as you enjoy water adventures and challenges every day!
 Field Trip: Greenlake Peddle boating, wild waves, moss bay kayak, tenino rock quarry pool

August 20 - 24
Ultimate Team Challenge
Adventure awaits as you and fellow campers solve challenges and compete to be the ultimate winners.

 Field Trip: Flying Circus, Golden Gardens, Teen choice trip

August 27 - 30

Teen Choice
This week, you're in the driver's seat as you and your new friends create the agenda.  Working together, you'll plan adventures and outings for each day.
