music, gaming, or hitting the trails for a hike.



Grades 5 - 6

Explore our community, develop new talents in art and coding, or head outdoors for an adventure. Each week offers opportunities for friendship and exploration in engaging, activities with weekly themes shaping the day's plans.

Y staff provide a challenging and team-based camp designed specifically for tweens.


Weekly Fee:
$260 FM - $295 CM per week (Wrap Around Camp Included)

Week of July 1-3: $160 FM - $195 CM (No camp July 4-5)
Week of August 26-29: $210 FM - $245 CM (No camp August 30)

Gamesapalooza Get ready to participate in every type of game imaginable. From TV show themed contests to games and sports, this week has it all!

July 8 - 12 The Wonders of Washington Explore the great nearby! Start with your backyard and learn the basics of travel, sight-seeing and safety as you plan and head out on local trips.

 Field Trips: 21 Acres Farms, Snoqualmie Falls & Museum, Pacific Science Center, Issaquah Salmon Hatchery

July 15 - 19 Ultimate Water Adventure Spend your week learning fun water sports like kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and more!

 Field Trips: Magnuson Park, Moss Bay Kayaking, Seward Park, Greenlake Swimming

July 22 - 26 Sports FAN-Tastic

Be a super fan! Spend a week trying out classic sports games and experiencing your local teams practice and compete.

 Field Trips: Bubble Soccer, Seattle Mariners Game, Seattle Grizzlies Clinic, Family Fun Center

July 29 - Aug 2 Swimmers & Skimmers
Get out there and enjoy local lakes, rivers and beaches with swimming, paddling and more!

 Field Trips: Juanita Beach, Greenlake Paddle boarding, Madison Beach Park, Henry Mosses Water Park

August 5 - 9Wild Ones Get to know the outdoors while you develop your skills in hiking, outdoor survival and much more in this awesome week of exploration!

 Field Trips: Discovery Park, Franklin Falls, Poo Poo Point, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

August 12 - 16 Climb On! Scale to new heights! Explore local bouldering areas as you learn and develop this strength-building sport.

 Field Trips: Odyssey course, High Trek Adventure, Northshore climbing

August 19 - 23
Water World
This week is all about keeping cool through water games, time in the pool and running in sprinklers!

 Field Trips: Kandle Pool, Center for Wooden Boats, Greenlake Swimming, Magnuson Park Water Olympics

August 26 - 29

Summer Rewind

With school right around the corner, kick back for one last week of summer fun by reliving some of the best activities from past weeks of Trek.
